In order to enhance the interaction and mutual understanding between new employees, answer their doubts, and help them better integrate into the big family of Rhino, the Human Resources Department of our company held a seminar for new employees in the training room. At the meeting, there were four parts: self-introduction, question-answering, work sharing, suggestions, and opinions. Fruit snacks and drinks were prepared so that that new colleague could speak freely in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.

First, the self-introduction link is indispensable, can let everyone know their name and characteristics as soon as possible, and let them have a preliminary impression of everyone. Although you may not be able to remember everyone in just 1 to 3 minutes, this way you can recognize their faces and voices. After the completion of the introduction, the human resources department to explain some of the company's introductions like our history and some interesting thing for our new colleagues, and their work content. In addition, new colleagues to the company what doubts can also be put forward. The human resources department of colleagues will answer one by one. After the answer, we can start to share their problems after entering our company, such as whether the communication with colleagues smoothly, whether understand the content and process of their work, whether the relevant staff arrange to teach them and explain to them, and so on. Moreover, after entering the company, if you are not satisfied with the company's system or arrangement or have any suggestions, you can also put them forward, and the human resources department will record them one by one and see if there is a better solution. Finally, they can enjoy snacks and fruits at the same time with their new colleagues to chat, and enhance feelings, which is also very helpful for future work.
