Due to the different hydraulic mechanisms of the tractor, the lifting and depth adjustment of the rotary tiller are also different, and their adjustment methods and precautions are summarized as follows.
(1) When matched with a tractor with a hydraulic system for force adjustment and position adjustment, position adjustment should be used, and force adjustment is forbidden to avoid damage to the rotary tiller. When the rotary tiller reaches the required tilling depth, use the limit screw (handwheel) to block the position adjustment handle to make the tilling depth the same every time.
(2) When matching with a tractor with a separate hydraulic system, the distributor handle should be placed in a floating position, and the depth of the rotary tiller should be adjusted with the positioning clamp fixed on the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. When lowering or raising the rotary cultivator, the handle should be quickly moved to the "floating" or "lift" position, and do not stay in the "pressure drop" or "neutral" position to avoid damage to the rotary cultivator.
