In the training class, Dr. Mai vividly explained the importance of first aid, the diagnostic conditions of CPR, the operation process of CPR, the time to terminate CPR, the use of an automatic defibrillator (AED), etc.

1.First aid theory training 1）First aid can save a patient's life in an emergency. In case of any accident or emergency, the rescuer shall temporarily and appropriately provide initial rescue and care to the injured and sick person before the arrival of the medical staff according to the principles of medical care, using the materials available on the scene, and then rush them to the hospital. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is required when you find that the patient has no spontaneous breathing, no aortic pulsation, loss of consciousness, no spontaneous heartbeat, cyanosis, and no response to a call. and need to call the emergency phone in time. When doing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, we can cooperate with artificial respiration and other methods of auxiliary treatment.

2.First aid practical operation 1）Operation procedure of cardiopulmonary resuscitation: Make a conscious judgment and check your breathing. At the same time, ask people around you to call emergency services and prepare emergency supplies. Loosen the client's collar and trouser straps and place them on a hard bed or flat ground. Then perform chest compressions at the middle and lower 1/3 of the middle sternum of the line between the two nipples with a frequency of 100-120 / min and a depth of at least 5-6cm. Open the airway for artificial respiration to determine whether resuscitation was adequate. Finally, the patients were sorted out for further life support.

2）;Use of automatic defibrillator (AED) : Expose patient's chest and attach electrode pads as directed; Keep others away from the patient, determine if a click is required based on the AED defibrillator report; When the AED defibrillator indicates the need for shock, make sure that no one touches the patient's body; Press a button to deliver an electric shock; After the shock, resuscitation was performed immediately while the AED defibrillator electrode was attached; After 2 minutes, the AED defibrillator automatically determines whether to apply another shock and operates according to voice commands; Wait for the ambulance to arrive. |
