1.Precautions for the use of dangerous chemicals 1）Do not open the protective cover or touch the dangerous part by hand before confirming that the machine has stopped completely. 2）Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with the company's requirements and safety technical instructions. Do not directly contact with dangerous chemicals that may cause allergy or poisoning through skin absorption. 3）The material and drug should be sealed in time after weighing to prevent moisture decomposition, floating or leakage. 4）Special drugs such as alkali tablets, acid, hydrogen peroxide and other harmful and irritating drugs, accidentally splashed into the eyes or body, should be immediately washed with water, or see a doctor. 5）Plastic buckets are used for weighing corroded drugs. |

2. Description of safety protective equipment 1） Protective gloves. Prevent fire and high temperature, low temperature, electricity, chemical, electromagnetic and ionizing radiation damage; Prevent bumping, cutting and bruising. |
2） Dust mask. Prevent the harm of productive dust; Prevent the inhalation of harmful chemicals produced during the production process. |

3. Emergency handling
1) In the event of an accident, the present person should keep calm and clearly report the location, number of injured and cause of the accident to the head of the department, the head of safety and the security guard.
2) Site management personnel should immediately organize rescue of the injured and disaster site.
4. Dress for work
1）Keep your clothes clean. Dirty clothes may cause skin diseases.
2）When working, keep your hair tied up. Otherwise, it is easy to get tangled by the machine and cause head injury.
3）When working, should tie the collar, sleeves and skirt, to avoid entangling injury. Especially when handling materials, the pants should be tied in time to avoid upside down injury.
4）If the clothes are contaminated with chemicals, they should be replaced immediately and cleaned thoroughly.
