In order to better master the rescue safety knowledge and skills, and can flexibly use the knowledge to protect themselves, our company carried out safety training on machinery, electrical appliances, and climbing once half a year.
1. Safe operation of machinery
1）Do not open the protective cover or touch the dangerous part by hand before confirming that the machine has stopped completely.
2）The maintenance machine must hang a "maintenance" sign, and explain to the operator. The sign who hangs who takes off. Prohibits others to move.
3）In maintenance, the rotating part of the machine needs to be moved by hand. It should be checked and confirmed that there is no dangerous situation before operation.
4）The machine must be checked first to ensure that no one is working on it before starting. If more than two people work on the same machine, they must first send out the driving signal or say hello and confirm that there is no dangerous situation before driving.
5）Do not use hands or feet or borrow other objects to help start or stop when switching the car.
2. Safe electrical operation
1） It should immediately inform the monitor if the electrical switch shell is damaged, the wire is broken and there is an electric leakage phenomenon. Keep the whole work safe and the electrician to repair, and then start the car after the abnormality is eliminated.
2） Do not use a wet hand to turn the electrical switch. The opening and closing knife switch should be responsible by a special person; the operation should be slightly sideways, and can not face the switch;
3） If electrical equipment catches fire, cut off the power immediately and use a dry powder extinguisher to extinguish the fire. Do not splash water or fire extinguishing liquid on electrical equipment when fighting fire.
4） Do not store sundries near switches and motors.
5） If someone is found to be electrocuted, the power supply should be cut off immediately or the electrocuted person should be removed from the power supply with insulated tools or objects, and the electrocuted first aid should be carried out.
3. Safe operation of climbing
1) Safety measures must be taken in the operation of climbing, and the work can only be done when the safety is confirmed.
2) Do not use defective climbing tools.
3) It is forbidden to transfer tools, materials, etc., by throwing in climbing operations.
4) Do not carry tools, materials, etc., when climbing the ladder. Face inside back outside, steps by steps up and down. Prohibit two or more people at the same time climbing the ladder.
