Installation and packaging workshop is an essential part of our production process and one of the important links of our finished products leaving the factory.
Our packaging workshop has a full set of advanced assembly line equipment and machines for different purposes. For example, ultrasonic cleaning machine, small-sized stamping machine, grinding machine, drilling machine, etc. We have two main installation and packaging workshops, one for hand tools and the other for long handle tools and special tools. Below are some detailed production processes and functional advantages.
1. First of all, the parts and components that have been produced in each production workshop will be selected centrally to ensure quality. Then put the hardware into the ultrasonic cleaning machine to ensure a clean appearance with no stains.
2. At the same time, different machines are used for different parts. For example, the part of the scraping hand is washed and polished once with a sander. The finished parts are then placed on a conveyor belt for installation, and workers begin to install them.
3. After installation, it will be manually cleaned again during this period before packaging to ensure that the appearance of the product is intact.
4. At the end of the conveyor belt is the packaging. Workers will clean the assembled products and pack them as required.
