In order to improve the comprehensive teaching ability of the management of our company, Rhino Business School held TTT (Training the Trainer to Train) internal trainer training (the first phase) in the training room of our company.

In the process of professionalization, corporate trainers need to be more proficient in teaching skills and richer in teaching methods. Students are full of expectations for teaching effects.


On the road of growth, internal trainers need to establish their teaching style and become more professional from non-professional.

The lecturer's style is not only reflected in the elaborate content. For an internal training trainer, natural body language style, clear expression, and with emotion with sound, all these show the value and style of the trainer. In fact, internal trainers are also divided into three levels, primary, intermediate, and advanced. This training starts from the primary level.

Learning target:

1. Master the ability of course planning, directing, and acting, and develop comprehensive teaching ability.

2. Master self-expression and presentation skills, and improve training management ability.

3. Become an internal trainer and develop courses independently.

4. Master the basic psychological knowledge in training.

This training is relaxed and pleasant, combining theory with practice. It tells the orientation of the tutor, the characteristics of adult learning and the basic requirements of the tutor, and other very useful knowledge, students benefited a lot.

Through the first course of the TTT (Training the Trainer to Train) training camp, students have a preliminary understanding of the positioning of internal trainers and the basic requirements of internal trainers. It has laid a good foundation for how to carry out course training in the next step.

The internal trainers of Rhino Business School play a key role in building the training system of our company and are the cornerstone and renewable force of internal training, as well as a crucial factor in promoting enterprise management reform.
