Rhino Marketing team participated in the performance PK competition of more than 100 enterprises. It's a big competition among elite entrepreneurs in southern China. Each enterprise team adheres to the heart of friendly communication, learning, competition, and the challenge to participate in the competition.

Rhino, as the powerful enterprise of the Southern Enterprise Alliance, participates in the annual PK competition every year. Every time in the competition will be full of harvest, and play a peak and role model in the enterprises.

The rhino marketing team spends three unforgettable days and two nights during the competition. Together, they took an oath to fight for the cause. And each salesman to determine their own performance goals, and write down, responsible for their own goals.
At the beginning of the competition, there will be a series of measures to motivate the team. 1. Team games, such as how to work together and all of you stand on one foot on a piece of A4 paper. 2. Extreme challenge. Cultivate the courage of team members to sprint towards the goal. Together, we jumped 10 meters in the air to grab a handle 10 meters above. 3. Endurance and endurance. In a team huddle game, everyone sits on the lap of the person behind, and if one person falls, they have to start all over again. We were about three or four hours late for the game. Although everyone was tired and sore, we all gritted our teeth and persevered for this goal.

After the motivation and mobilization, the next month is a real competition. The salesman of each enterprise will return to their posts, earnestly and diligently serve customers, win orders for the team, and win honor for themselves.
In this period of time, I often can see the salesman of spell BO, spontaneously work overtime to late at night. The hard days are tough, but the rewards never disappoint. It must follow behind the effort.
